I have been training twice a week at FT-Club Bayreuth for almost a year now. It's just great fun. By training in small groups with max. Eight people are always careful to do the exercises correctly. The trainers are motivated, motivate us and have fun. For me, the FT-Club Bayreuth is the perfect way to do sports and I would recommend it to anyone immediately.

Since January 2018 I train at the FT-Club Bayreuth. Functional training is in my opinion the best training for people who want to do a full body workout according to their own capabilities. At the FT-Club Bayreuth, personal support is possible by the small groups (up to 8 persons). The trainers are physiotherapists who use their knowledge to ensure that the individual exercises are optimally matched. In the past year, despite a knee injury, I have achieved a tremendous increase in strength, flexibility, and posture and can recommend the training to anyone. The knee is already much better. Another plus is that the atmosphere relaxes during training and the mood is relaxed to relaxed. Therefore my motto: FT-Club Bayreuth forever!

Actually, I'm not the type for fitness training in groups, the thought of gyms caused me the sheer horror. After a year of home training after a book by Mark Lauren, however, got some problems in the knee and stopped the training. After my wife raved about the FT-Club, I first agreed to have 3 hours of personal training with the boss to see if that is generally something for me. The type of training (many exercises with my own body weight) and the enthusiasm of the trainer quickly convinced me and I started with the monthly rate for 3 units per week. That's almost a year ago. In the meantime, we have certainly learned over a hundred exercises with tens of variations and new ones are added weekly. So it will not be boring :-) Depending on the subject / level of difficulty (Mobility, Movement, Strength, Burn), the course of the exercises will always be quite similar: starting with fascia and stretching exercises, then exercises in movement or strength, and finally endurance exercises and circular exercises. Depending on the topic, the individual exercise types are longer or shorter. The whole body is always trained, even if changing games are preferred every hour. The groups consist of one trainer and a maximum of 8 participants. Each one is dealt with separately, also with regard to personal restrictions / complaints, and one always has the possibility to make difficult / simplified variants of the exercises, which is also well explained. It is not practiced the American "drill", which I am very happy, they also manage to spur one! What particularly pleases me is the dedication and obvious joy of the trainers. All in all, I am very happy to train there and I can only recommend that you take part in a trial session.
