Best yoga studio in Upper Franconia! The authenticity of the yoga teachers, who really live yoga themselves, creates an atmosphere in which you can simply arrive and feel comfortable and in good hands and picked up where you are. No matter if you are a beginner or a professional. As a beginner, there is no better studio to really understand yoga.

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy yoga here, although I have already attended many different yoga classes and always found something for me. The focus on breathing techniques is interesting, but a lot of other things are mixed, including PMR with yoga. Walking around the yoga teacher during the lesson brings a lot of restlessness. Even inexperienced yoga teachers are allowed to represent hours - When a room full of people was stopped to breathe faster and faster, a limit was reached for me. I can only advise everyone to take the opportunity to take a trial lesson - either it is for one or it is not. I didn't notice for several hours because the experience was unfortunately enough.

A beautiful yoga studio, everyone is warmly welcomed. I felt comfortable from the first moment and I do not want to miss Yoga Vidya Bayreuth anymore. Due to the wide range of courses there is really something for everyone and the diverse events and workshops complete the program perfectly. All yoga teachers are there with a lot of heart and mind in the matter, respond to individual needs and are at problems with help and advice to the side. No matter if bloody beginner or advanced yogi - in this yoga studio you are in good hands ♥
