Absolutely unreliable. Mr. Schrenker always wanted to come and see on Saturdays. But even after making several promises, he never made it to come by. Then it's better to just cancel the order and say that you don't have time. Then you at least know what your turn is ...

I can only agree with the previous speakers and would advise anyone against this company or the boss. Mr. Schrenker was so unfriendly and snotty in his manner. He thought the call was over and cursed me in an abnormal and vulgar way when he thought I was no longer on the line. Do yourself a favor and find a reliable company. In my opinion, Mr. Schrenker has another massive problem and should probably go into retirement.

Unfortunately, I did not come to an appointment. I was asked - still kindly - to call after a certain time, which I did. I would then be greeted on the phone with a "What is?" ... after I finished my usual polite greeting, I was grumbled: "I'm off work" and Mr Schrenker hung up ...... without words ... not recommendable!

this owner is one of the most uncomfortable people i have ever met. not only unfriendly but also a rip-off. was then commissioned with a job. and afterwards he canceled it simply for inexplicable reasons but in a way on the phone that it is no longer solemn. I would have loved to bill him for my work anyway but refrained from doing it when he told me he would let his unemployed daughter pay for it. even I just felt sorry for it and let it stay. this is a monster! I advise everyone against doing business of any kind with someone like that

Already in the appointment determination highly unprofessional and dubious: I had to write an email to Mr. Schrenker and phone him three times, until he managed to make an appointment to visit a Kaminsanierung to note (allegedly, he had every time no leaflet at hand). I became skeptical, but wanted to give the gentleman a chance. One day before the estimated date, Mr. Schrenker called me that he would not be able to do it "today". I explained that the appointment would be tomorrow anyway. So we agreed again the appointment for 10 o'clock the following day. The next day Mr. Schrenker called shortly before 9 o'clock and asked where he had to go. I was not in my house yet and told him we had turned 10 o'clock. Nevertheless, I was, with the indication that I need some more time, at about 9:20 clock appeared to the meeting point. Only Mr. Schrenker was not there in the end - he wanted to make the offer from the outside and send it to me, as he told me after a call on my part. Mr. Schrenker had no info what exactly is going on with the fireplace and why it should be renovated. Another fireplace construction company needed almost two hours for a proper visit, which resulted in a reasonable offer. The visit took place mainly inside, because from the outside hardly anything is to be seen. When I confronted him with his unprofessionality, he fell off the phone and hung up. I can only advise against cooperation with this gentleman.
