From 2017 to 2018 this company replaced the burner for my heating. That was neither particularly cheap nor particularly expensive, everything within the scope. Now I had mold on the fireplace - 5 experts tell me independently that this is not surprising: when replacing a burner, the fireplace must of course also be suitable, otherwise the cooler exhaust gas condenses halfway through the new, more efficient burner. After several calls to the company, a friendly employee finally settled in to tell me that he had never seen anything like it. Overall, he apparently saw it somewhat differently than 5 experts. At 180 degrees exhaust gas temperature, something like that doesn't happen. Then measured the temperature, which was however at 166 degrees. Only 123 degrees were measured during installation. I had the feeling that he wanted to hide the measured value from me. He switched off the device and wanted to refer to the note on the heater on which the 123 degrees are noted. Then he also meant a little unsettled, that would have been the old measuring device. I am no longer a specialist there, but thermometers, as far as I know, have been working very precisely for several hundred years and I have never come across one that shows a regular sluggish 60 degrees less than usual. He then left saying that he would get in touch. After two weeks I had to call. I was assured that someone would get in touch with me straight away. Since then: nothing. If something doesn't happen soon, I will have to inform my legal expenses insurance and an expert. Something like craftsmanship is unfortunately not found here. I would never place an order here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
