There is no exchange or return here! "Exchange is generally not possible" - statement of the seller! Not even with the original label and receipt! You have to take shoe box with you! (And the seller tells you nothing about that!) This is neither signposted at the cash register nor anywhere else !!! The information is only in small print on the receipt, so you only get to know that after you have already paid for the goods! From that moment on, you won't get the money back, no matter what! Supposedly the sellers inform the customers, BUT our whole family has bought here several times a year and we have never heard of these rules! Even if there is a problem with your shoes / bag / anything, you don't get any money, just a voucher !!! And yes, you left the box in the shop or threw it away - bad luck, no exchange. We didn't expect such a shop! One thing is clear - we will never spend money here again!
