Unfortunately equipped with impossible sellers ... Customer orientation is a foreign word here. I had my shoes put away (only made them for three days🙄 even though I left over 300 EUR in the store two weeks ago ...) When I wanted to pick them up, I was 5 minutes late (the shop makes at 18h already, as 30 years ago 🙄) - the lady did not even come to the door to ask what I really want. From a distance, she has only waved off and called "box office!". I had taken over an hour's drive in the car - she knew that, as well as that I would make it until just before closing time .... she just stood around and sorted shoes back and forth (probably to be able to write overtime) , I would have understood if she had said that I had to pay in cash because she could not post until the following day ... I would have understood if she said she could not look around anymore ... but I just wanted shoes pick up, which were covered for me and I had the money matching bar! But that did not interest her at all, she did not even ask me what I really wanted. I would definitely miss the job. How good that there are other Iguana shops - the Bayreuth store will never see me again! 🤷♀️
