Grottiger service, it could not be worse. Three sellers prefer to store shelves instead of helping a mother with a one-year-old to measure shoe size. But you get angry looks when it pulls a shoe off the shelf. Never again will I buy a shoe here. For this, I was immediately asked by Deichmann if I needed help, the stores are hardly comparable in terms of price. If the retail wants to settle, then this is only possible with good service, you are looking for a child at Roland in the redmaincenter in vain.

Very impolite. I actually like buying from Roland, but I do not like shopping in Bayreuth. In the store I was put under theft attempt because I took my shoebox to the women's department because my girlfriend wanted to show me some shoes. This assumption increased my mood enormously ... At the cash register tried to sell the older employee with the glasses then three different shoe care products, which I, as often articulated, did not need ... I will definitely not go shopping there !!
