Especially in times like these, it is important to adhere to the hygiene measures. Unfortunately, I forgot my mask, but that was not a problem as the team provided me with one for free. As a fearful patient, I always like to go there and seek treatment. The practice is bright, clean and the waiting times are short. The staff is friendly and my attending doctor (Dr Fritz) takes a lot of time.

Plagued by pain, I came to the practice for the first time because my dentist was on vacation. Of course, I had to wait a bit because a doctor can't just interrupt any other activity immediately if you come in without an appointment. You have to understand this completely, you are not alone in the world, other people are also in pain and want to be helped. After the waiting period, I was rewarded with support, advice and treatment that I have never experienced before. With the latest technology and a scientific-analytical approach, the problem was found and resolved, which was somewhere else than I actually thought. The connections and details were explained to me very precisely, I learned and understood a lot that a dentist had never explained to me before. The day after, the pain that almost drove me up the wall for days is gone. Thank you, also to the entire very friendly team! I will always come here in the future.

When I came to the practice on the weekend as a pain patient in 2016, I was so enthusiastic that I immediately said “I'll change the dentist”. Since then, my children and I have been very satisfied patients of Dr. J. Fritz. A nice practice with a competent doctor and a friendly team. Thank you Dr. J. Fritz, many thanks to the entire team

Dr Fritz is a sympathetic dentist and you can see his skills. However, I am very disappointed with the reception staff. A week ago when my mother had severe toothache (for almost 20 years with this practice) we were told after the third emergency call that we could come over. When we were there, a bad-tempered lady at the reception greeted us and the practice was empty with no further patients. Today my brother showed up 10 minutes late for the appointment due to a bus delay. Usually you wait 10-25 minutes on site in the practice with an appointment (which is fine) - but because of the few minutes he was sent home. What a shame - this does not reflect the skills of the doctors.
