I was here for the first time recently and was surprised what a positive atmosphere a dental practice can have. I am more than satisfied with the treatment. The practice team seems very experienced and extremely personable.

After I had the feeling that I had not received sufficient advice and been treated well in many practices, Ms. Krüger was warmly recommended by friends. I really appreciate that Ms. Krüger always takes the time personally to discuss the optimal treatment method with me. I really feel in good hands with her and the whole practice team and always have the impression that her treatment is absolutely honest and transparent. I am more than happy with the treatment results. You also have to say that the practice rooms are really beautifully designed and there is an extremely pleasant atmosphere :)

If someone is looking for a great dentist, then he should go to practice here. Mrs. Krüger always takes her time. Also highly recommended for anxious patients. Nice team and nice modern practice.

A working patient misses an appointment, apologizes on the following day by phone to the workforce. The patient now appears on the follow-up appointment in the doctor's office and learns immediately, which hourly rate (300,00 EUR) the doctor probably has, or what loss of earnings the doctor had specifically to complain through him. Unfortunately, a layman is missing, also applies to the working patients, expertise regarding div. Settlements with health insurance, insurance, etc. A cost estimate to be rewritten for various reasons to the following year, but this does not seem to be readily possible. The patient does not want any inconvenience, offers his signature despite the adverse circumstances. The doctor rejects this, superficially takes into account the financial disadvantages for the patient. Although the patient is now instructed, another "misconduct" would result in his exclusion, but concrete measures are not in the room. The patient goes home after treatment and finds a letter two days later. Simple content: "The patient is no longer welcome". Great, the patient with margin calculated, assessed with deficit and disposed of as usual in the private sector ;-). Astonishingly rational too, as the patient has already transferred four digits in the current calendar year!

Not only the availability of the parking spaces is a disaster, if I have an operation, I don't want to walk 300 m afterwards or have to look for hours beforehand, where it is possible without 1 hour parking disc limitation.
