The worst dentist I have ever been to and I was definitely 30 in Munich and the surrounding area. It is completely overpriced, where else you only pay half, and you are gutted and bombarded with calls, I've never seen that before! I ask you, don't go there, she's messing around in my mouth, everything is bleeding afterwards, then it means you have bleeding gums. Because of this woman, I took out additional insurance for a partial crown! Because I always have good teeth and only this dentist told me there was so much to do, I went somewhere else to get a second opinion and told the dentist what she was doing! He says there is no need for a partial crown, we close that a little - it costs 60 €, with Frau Herkenroth the partial crown, where there is no need at all, would have cost 500 € !!! Then my new dentist was completely speechless !! With him a partial crown costs only half if a partial crown is necessary !! I've put up with that long enough, it's enough, you just have to say something when you're kidding people so incredibly hard !! Stop ripping people off like that !! You should actually report this dentist because she only thinks about your wallet and not about the patient!

I have had very good experiences in Ms. Herkenroth's practice. My dental prophylaxis was very detailed in explaining the condition of my teeth and gums. Also with regard to the lack of care in some places I was made aware, but very friendly. The price was very cheap in comparison and therefore a good price-performance ratio. I was given detailed advice on which measures to take on my teeth would make sense for me and why. The advice given by this practice is the same as the advice given by a very good friend in the field, and it is the inexpensive and technically convincing variants that were recommended to me. But what really convinced me about this practice is that the view is broader than the dental treatment. An x-ray of my jaw showed plaques in the carotid artery. I was made aware of this, got a CD with the recording and was able to investigate the suspicion with the specialist. Unfortunately, it is experience that such a suspicion can be confirmed. But without this advice, the problem would not have become known and there would be no way of dealing with it prophylactically.
