.... funny that a crown fell out twice ... in Africa immediately after the treatment and again in 2020! I know something is wrong with a crown! It always stinks when I blow air through my teeth and stick to it again! I paid 13,000 euros for six crowns and three implants, which I still perceive as foreign bodies today and an implant now almost disappears into the sinking! Dr. Hieninger, has no doctorate and is no longer in Maisach! In Switzerland he is continuing his implant project😡

I am really more than enthusiastic about this practice. As a fear patient about syringes, I had sweat beads on my forehead before entering the practice. Thanks to the detailed explanation and the calm manner of Mr. Bickel and his colleague, my fear disappeared within a few minutes. Nothing is done without prior clarification and consultation, so a trust was built that I had never had with a dentist! Plain text: There will be no other practice for me. Great work and great sensitivity for patients with fear! THANK YOU!!

Here are several people in the waiting room who complain loudly because they wait for 1.5 hours despite appointment. I called myself on Saturday and got an appointment for Monday at 10:45. Now it is 11:30 am and some patients who have an appointment after me (eg 11:15 am) come to me but not me. You do not understand, but it is very annoying and pointless. Since you should have given me by phone another date, which is more appropriate! I did not insist on getting an appointment within 1 day. Wait a few days, but come on. You will not find me under this name in your file because I am not registered with name in the ID here at Google. My complaint but I have communicated to the receptionist on site. But she was not interested. Addendum: the provisional filling of the hole then took less than 5 minutes. I had to arrange another appointment for the right filling, which was only possible in three weeks. Now at home (same day) after a normal dinner without something hard, this provisional filling fell out again. But I will certainly not go there and waste my valuable time!

I started the procedure of a complete restoration of the whole dentition in early 2019 - severe periodontitis. This was preceded by very intensive and individual advice regarding the various treatment options. Ultimately, on the advice of my treating doctor, Mr. Bickel, in the Hieninger team, I decided on a bar prosthesis with implants for the lower and upper jaw. Result after a good 10 months - Hollywood teeth - almost no pain and all of the best. Super team, best advice and 1 A execution absolutely recommendable at any time - also the in-house laboratory performance.
