I myself am in the Hardys in the Hasenheide. The on-site staff are super friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the problem is the Hardys service center !!!
I had given Hardys the chance to finally take care of the matter, but after a firm promise by phone and email that they would be in touch by day X, no more signs of life. Even my email is not replied to and Instagram is also skilfully ignored. The switchboard was also no longer available shortly before the lockdown. It's a shame that you treat your members like that.
Now that I have received an email, my husband and I have submitted the termination. We'll find another gym.
I've been training in a few studios. This is the best in the Fürstenfeldbruck area. It is built over three floors and you can find everything here to get really fit. Those who specialize in spinning are better off in the studio on Ludwigstrasse in Fürstenfeldbruck Mitte. The sanitary facilities and the whole studio are very clean. There is also a massage table and a solarium for relaxing after a workout. I like to train and I feel really good here
The staff is really cheerful and friendly. The machines are modern, but there could be more treadmills. In my eyes better than the competition.
Top equipped, very pleasant atmosphere, the staff is always friendly and helpful! For the resulting contribution you get a top offer, which represents a clear added value! 100% recommendable.
