Mega rude and arrogant trainer, I would never have been treated so impossible in a gym, when asked when membership is debited, the trainer's hateful comment that I had no money to pay my membership. And that on my 2nd day after I signed the contract. I've never seen a service provider give such an arrogant answer to the customer. Since then I've only hated going there, this trainer was so overly friendly that you automatically got in a bad mood because you had the feeling she didn't mean it honestly. And the spitefulness that I don't come from Fürstenfeldbruck was rubbed under my nose every time I visited the same trainer, who wanted to assume that I couldn't pay my contribution. I work in a social profession and so you don't talk to people, especially not to customers, clients or members.

The trainers are very friendly and correct every mistake. There is a respectful and friendly tone and the training is varied and takes place in a happy round. I also like it very much that I do not have to register for a specific appointment, but can train whenever I like.
