I can hardly understand the partly negative reviews here. I went to a consultation with mixed feelings after reading some negative comments, but was completely convinced otherwise. As a customer, you are treated very well here and always looked after in a very professional manner. The goodwill of the customer service is also very high. At the time of the corona pandemic, I hadn't hoped for much, as other studios debit contributions without saying a word or offering compensation options. So I was all the more surprised when I received the email with the many different offers for premium compensation. I personally donated my contribution to children's cancer research and the studio myself, because although I am affected by short-time work myself, I am always happy to support local family businesses, especially in such difficult times. In my opinion it is really worth every penny, even if it costs a bit more than the conventional pump booths, where you have to train together with sweaty proletarians in a confined space. In return, the Hardys offers a much more upscale service with a sauna, beauty area, lots of strength and cardio equipment and a very trained team of trainers who have an answer to every question. I personally have the platinum membership because I travel a lot in and around Munich and by using all clubs I have a contact point within reach almost everywhere. However, the flexibility in pricing this company is very high and in my opinion there is a suitable offer for everyone.

Centrally located center with friendly staff, unfortunately quite expensive. For this e.g. If many devices are outdated and the ventilation is mostly inadequate, the weekly fee is high compared to the competition. It would be great if the planned renovation changes that fundamentally.

Outrageous service calls from employees who hardly speak German, which means that you have to repeat everything 3 times. Termination hardly possible, on site the employees are unfortunately not as competent as they were before the contract was given! I read Geldgeil here in other reviews and it is pretty accurate!

Very expensive, partly old equipment and little cardio equipment. The contract is sold with flexibility such as illness or vacation. If you want to use it, you always get cancellations, which are deposited with any regulations, which was unfortunately not explained in detail during the contract. Staff is good, courses also, however, the courses are sometimes held at inappropriate times (in my view).
