Unfortunately my experience with this studio is negative. I got some appointments but had to change some by phone. Since my German is not very good, I asked my daughter to help me with the call (German is her second mother tongue) so that we could get the new appointments. A few days before the first appointment, someone from the studio called me to ask if I could reschedule the appointment. I agreed, but the next day they called again to request another delay, but I could not agree due to professional reasons. On the second appointment, the receptionist in the studio informed me that all of my appointments had been canceled because I had not gone to the second appointment, but the date did not match any of my appointments. I am particularly annoyed not that I may have received an incorrect appointment for the appointment (I still acknowledge a misunderstanding on the phone), but that they did not call me when this happened. They also called me twice to reschedule an appointment because it was convenient for the therapist, but they didn't want to inform me that all subsequent appointments (without notice) were canceled due to a missed appointment, which may not have been the case , was mine! In addition, the behavior of the staff when I asked for clarification was very rude. This is not professional behavior.
