Can not imagine a better yoga teacher. If you can not do that, there is simply an alternative to the exercise. Simply great!

Britta is a great yoga teacher. Always has great exercises in stock. With physical limitations she always has an alternative. Just try it, I've been in this way for a few years.

I can only recommend Britta's course. It does not make yoga a serious thing, but mixes it with healthy life skills and sensitivity for each person. It initiates, supports and if it does not work quite so well, you have blocks and bands on it to get the stretch still good. 😂😎 You always feel good ❤️
