Dear Ilka, nomen est omen, your strength and clarity brought out a lot in me. I am full of joyful anticipation of what is still going on in me and around it! It is impressive what opening you have achieved with my mother in her locked away grief.

From the first second we were on the same wavelength and I have rarely met such a wonderful, warm and pure soul! She has so much knowledge and is incredibly empathetic that her presence alone will heal her!

Among other things, I was able to enjoy the training as a health consultant with Ilka. This type of training changes and makes you grow. Ilka says: "Take my hand, I will accompany you a bit on your path through life." I can confirm this 1000%! She does this in her great love for people, is authentic, with all her heart, and yet unintentional! I was allowed to grow, learn and "be". I am very grateful to have been able to complete my training at Ilka! It made them even richer!
