The company Bräu changed the floor in our entire apartment in 2020. The consultation and advice started in 2019 (or even earlier) and Mr. Bräu explained and demonstrated everything in many discussions, laboriously and in detail (there are quite a few floor and molding samples on site). The costs in the offer were also well below those of other providers that we asked for. So it's no wonder that we placed the order with Mr. Bräu after such good advice. Since we live in the apartment and could not move out, and because furniture is there too, the floor should be changed "room by room". Accordingly, the employees have to drop by us several times. We really liked the team itself, as well as the performance and quality of the installation. Small defects that we discovered between "visits" were quickly eliminated (but there was very little to complain about; as I said - the quality of work convinced us).
The communication (clarifications, scheduling appointments, adjustments after the order, etc.) was always at the 1+ level.
We have never regretted that we decided to carry out the floor change with the Bräu company!
