This is the worst cleaning I have ever used to clean my clothes. From 4 parts 2 came back as dirty as I gave them. et al in mustard patch on the dirndl apron - I finally washed myself out. Total rip-off!

Bridal dress including hoop skirt delivered. Wedding dress got well, hoarfrost was still wet, so the rings started to rust. I sat down, the lady and the gentleman denied everything, was not damp when packing. But even at the reclamation in their shop, the hoop skirt was still wet on the rings where it was rusting. Wanted to blame it on me for coming into the rain. Unfortunately, it did not rain today. I was just left stupid. Absolute impudence. Luckily I had a fitting today and I saw it soon, who knows what he would have looked like when he first walked back into the cupboard. PS .: had my Brautdirndl here in the cleaning, the cords were then also packed in an extra bag and also wet. At the time I thought it was an accident. Apparently not. That was the last time. Check everything immediately, otherwise you'll be stupid!
