If there were grades, then I would have to give a smooth 6 for the behavior to this company. In February 2019, I wanted to completely renew my heating system and switch to condensing technology. That's why I got an offer from three different companies about one and the same plant. By the company Lauerer I got by far the most expensive offer with the least follow-up performances. So I decided for another company and shared this with the company Lauerer by e-mail. A short time later I received from the company Lauerer a letter in which I have the existing since 2012 maintenance contract, as well as the business relationship was terminated, because I have ordered the new plant not with them, but with a cheaper supplier with better follow-up. But that is not enough. With the termination letter, I also received an invoice for the preparation of a bid for € 297.50 which is nothing legal, and therefore was not paid by me. Did one want to pull me over the table now and rip off? Thank you that the business relationship has ended and never again company Lauerer.

Working hours changed by hand without any indication, instead of 0,5h became 1,5h. No message sent in spite of opposition via email. Instead of a matter-of-fact discussion on the phone, after two minutes Mr. Laurer, furious with anger, suddenly stated: "No more discussion, you will receive a reminder!". Dear consumers please protect yourself!
