We have been customers of the Zarfl company for several years and have never been disappointed. The emergency service also works really well. It is certainly not always easy for a small company to meet all the demands of its customers. The Zarfl company does its best. Keep it up!

Is difficult with the topic of "service" (timely callbacks, meeting deadlines), but is technically very good (as far as I can tell). Everyone has to know for themselves what is more important to them in a craftsman. Service 1/5 (because mostly overloaded), product 5/5 - overall therefore 3/5 stars.

After a call, a voice says that the lines are busy, please call again: suboptimal - leave the AB callback number, no message for over 1 week. Why does the AB give the possibility to call back? And the message on the AB is the same all day, so either unlocking more lines or calling back would also be an option.
