Good company, nice employees
This rating refers to the service quality of the company, not to the professional. Have on Sunday reported an emergency by email: air conditioning loses gallons of water. No reaction. Called on Monday evening and asked: The technician meeting is scheduled on Friday (!!). One probably forgot to inform you. Earlier is not possible? No. At what time does the technician come? Half 8 to 8. Another time is not possible? No. Okay, canceled a business meeting. Now it is after 9 o'clock. No reaction, no technician.
We commissioned F + S Kälte-Klimatechnik to install a new air conditioning system.
Even the technician's visit to inspect the premises was very positive; At no time was anything imposed on us, but objectively pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
The installation by the two craftsmen was just as positive. Competent and friendly, provided with a lot of patience when we didn't have a decision ready or wanted to change something again. It was a well-rehearsed team that left our house clean and tidy.
The overall impression was rounded off by the billing, which corresponded exactly to the offer. Unfortunately, we have already had different experiences with other companies that also bill according to effort and material consumption.
We built 6 years ago and treated ourselves to an F + S air heat pump. I can only report positive things, starting with advice, offer, installation and service. The heat pump has been operating without any problems since the beginning. I have often recommended F + S and have only heard positive things from there.
For the electrical and server room of our school, an air conditioner was necessary due to the strong heat development. Our house technology planner recommended the company F + S. After an on-site assessment by the project management, an offer was made to us in a short time. The commissioned installation was carried out by competent and friendly staff in a shorter time than originally planned. Since billing was based on actual effort, the bill was even lower than the original offer amount. I can recommend F + S Kühl und Klimatechnik GmbH without restriction.
