Actually zero stars ... Employee / boss very unfriendly. Not recommended. Better go to Deichmann ... Boss screams through the whole shop and gave me no reason.

The last time there bought shoes! 🤬 One day after I bought new shoes there, I went back and wanted to exchange them.Shoes in a clean condition and with receipt.After I told the seller that I would like an exchange, since I have the shoes 2 hours and realized that the soles are extremely slippery. On freshly wiped ground-like on a skating rink. Then came the somewhat unfriendly boss and wanted to explain to me that they do not exchange worn shoes. Well noticed after 2 hours wear, clean and in perfect condition!
