A defective bath mixer was replaced. The craftsman was actually not there for 45 minutes and the invoice was charged for 1.25 hours. Insolence and rip-off. When complaining, flimsy reasons were given on the phone, such as travel times from the other customer to the apartment and set-up times. What bullshit. I can only advise against this company!
