If you pitch a tent, there’s no eating area, no table. You pay only for your tent and toilet. You have to pay for WiFi, electricity and showers.

Well! Where do I start with this little campsite? We arrived and made our way to the reception, we were stared at and ignored initially. We asked for a spot to park our camper for two nights with electrical hookup, the receptionist asked for passports; which we handed to her. She read the passport, remarked "United Kingdom" muttered something to her colleague and then proceeded to laugh hysterically at us for a good five minutes, only pausing in her laughter to make rude comments about us being little Englanders and making jokes about us wanting to return to Europe so soon. After they had stopped laughing long enough to take payment, she walked outside and pointed over in the general direction of some parking area and said "over there". Once we parked up we began erecting our side awning, at which point the receptionist came over and unlocked the electric box and put our hookup on, then quickly scurried away clutching the kWh reading to her chest never to be seen by us. At this site you have to pay for a token for each shower you have🤷‍♂️. The other campers on the site were lovely and friendly, and despite our rude welcome from the reception staff we did have a fairly okay stay. The noise from the nearby train yard can wake you up at night but we weren't too bothered by this. When it came to leaving we had the same woman from reception come and arrange our electrical hookup payment. Now bearing in mind that our camper is fairly self sufficient with gas for cooking and it's own heater that doesn't require electric, and that we had only used the electrical hookup over the two days to charge two phones; twice, you can imagine our surprise when we were told to pay €13😯. We left without saying goodbye and will not be returning to this overpriced, rude and ignorant site. I speak limited German but enough to get by, my wife and I are not little Englanders and take offence to being referred to as such. The narrow minded bitterness of two individuals has cost this site our future custom. We frequently travel and often enjoy visiting the beautiful city of Munich, and will continue to do so albeit avoiding this campingplatz. If you are British I would consider finding somewhere else to stay, somewhere that isn't rude and unwelcoming, and that preferably doesn't con you with an electricity bill that clearly wasn't yours to pay.

Good service in the reception. The bus, which comes every 10 min, stops right outside the campsite and brings you to the underground and downtown Munich. Good sanitary facilities, easy to empty grey water. The only minuses are noise from traffic and small spaces for the motorhomes and caravans.

Very dirty, limited facilities. Expensive for what it is - we paid €23 for 2 adults in one van with electric. Showers and WiFi not included. Showers were an extra €1.50 for 8 minutes, thankfully didn’t need them. WiFi €3 a day and constantly cut out.

Handy for night halt. Bar and meals onsite. Petrol station and great supermarket within 1km. Some pitches hard standing. Several pitches under trees. Twin axles are accepted but cornering onsite is tight.
