Very unfriendly employee, who probably has bad or no empathy ... dawdling around, always have to fix something at the thermal bath, because the last time they messed up .. no thanks

Due to a defect in my gas heater on the ignition electrodes and the computer, the Brockhaus company has been with me twice in the last 10 days and I am very satisfied with the work. Certainly everything could have gone faster, but spare parts had to be ordered first and that took a bit. The staff were friendly, nice and competent. Unlike other companies I have had here, you do not damage the property (in my case the kitchen). I am very satisfied and can recommend Brockhaus with a calm heart. Thank you so much!
