Nice little place. I have been to two different instructors and both provided a good structures lessen that helped me understand what I had to do. I would recommend it for beginners ( no experience with the more advanced courses) Reservations are encouraged but not strictly required.

Katja was great! She always has a smile. Her yoga style is calm and gentle. In our 45 minute class, she managed to include elements of stretch, balance, strength and rest. I highly recommend her.

Katja gives us weekly yoga lessons at work which are always entertaining and yet challenging for all levels! She was able to switch to remote sessions now without any hassle which is greatly appreciated - definitely recommended!
