The yoga lesson with baby is very good for me! The exercises are also relatively fresh after the puerperium time to do well with. It is always ensured that there is something for every fitness level and it is also respected for breaks and relaxation. The babies are allowed to play, drink and even "complain". The trainer lovingly treats them and makes sure that both mom and baby are always well. Therefore we registered for another course after the summer holidays :-)

I attended a course for pregnant women. The teachers are good, the exercises are quite active, which I personally enjoyed. But since it got really hot outside, it got hot in the room too. Since you can't keep the windows open, the heat and bad air weren't so good for me and unfortunately I had to cancel the course.
Definitely a nice studio, but as a newcomer you almost never have a chance to get a place in classes with children ... Too bad ... is recommended in various portals but in practice it does not work.
The best yoga studio I have ever been to! Unique atmosphere, you really feel at home, dedicated, warm teachers, inspirational hours. Also for pregnant women and moms with babies highly recommended.
