A very nice place to drop those kilos ! The ambience, the arrangement of different training silos and the whole aspect is simply amazing. Plus I had the option of carrying my membership to other places covered by this chain whenever I moved houses. Overall, a very good place for the money. 👎🏽: contracts last for ever and so be very careful during these periods of uncertainty if you need to go for a longer contract version from which you really cannot move out unless meeting Very strict norms. 👎🏽: if you really don’t want long waiting lines in front of machines, go very early or very late. On weekends, I wish you an exercise in patience if you go during peak hours from 1100 to 1900

These are sorry days for fitness studios. This one is good; excellent value for the (low) membership fee. The equipment is relatively new, and almost always in top condition. I haven't attended the aerobic classes for a long time, but they used to be good.

unflexible terms to get out of your contract. if you forget the date you´re supposed to send the notice, you´re stuck having to pay another year. Very old fashion model in trapping the members while if they would have flexible cancellation policies people would feel in a more trusted environmennt et would have a great customer experience

For the money (EUR 20 per month), you really can't complain. The equipment is nice and recent, it has a lot of different workout stations and has nice classes. Unfortunately if you go during rush hours, its completely packed but that's the consequence of paying a low price. So just avoid going between 16h-19h and then it's perfectly fine.

I asked at the front desk that I had to terminate my contract because I was going to move out of Germany. The staff member there said I could NOT do that during the pandemic. I had no idea how that was related to the pandemic. I have given them the Abmeldung. I am still being charged after I moved out of Germany.
