Individual one-to-one training or in small groups, effectively and beyond the "Dan craze". If I want to learn to bow, I go to the behavior school ;-)

I was in individual training with Philip Hofmann and I have to say it was well worth it. At first I was afraid that martial arts styles are not for me but after an intensive consultation Philip convinced me to give it a try. I'm really excited !! Not only my fitness has improved but also the ability to concentrate through different breathing techniques that I have learned in the classroom. I can only thank Philip and make every step to take this step. I still wish you all the best for Philip and see you until the next lesson :-) best regards Benjamin
