I’ve been with MPTL since the second year I moved to Munich. It’s a try and love relationship. It equips you with everything you need. The best trainers, the comfortable and functional environment and the right spirits. Anyone who wants to have a good start with physical and mental health. This is a choice to start with. Whether training for fitness, competitive sport or rehabilitation after medical treatment, the trainers helped me with their deep knowledge and background in sports and medicine. Professional, ultra-hygienic and very friendly - they adapted their training to my individual needs (during different phases), at the same time pushing me to the limits to deliver excellent results. Each trainer follows the same principle and hence, there was absolute quality assurance. Stefan, Tino & Team - Thanks for your brilliant support over the last 5 years!!!
Incredible, fun and ultimately an awesome experience. I not only got fit but also tackled my back pain to the point of elimination. I study abroad, therefore I am only able to attend when I am back home on vacation. That gives me the opportunity to have the experience of other gyms and lounges, and I have to say that nothing really competes to this one, which is why I have been a happy customer for many years and will be for many more.
I started training with Stefan about two years ago. I couldn't be happier. My then goal was to tone up the "bingo wings" for my wedding. Met that goal but liked and appreciated the program designed for me so much that I've remained with Stefan! I know I am getting the best experience I can as Stefan continually educates himself to provide the latest and most relevant techniques to his clients. His dedication and the application of his knowledge to meet my goals is always evident.
