Simply wonderful Pilates reformer hours in a personal and beautiful atmosphere. Iris takes time for each individual participant and flexibly adapts the level to the wishes and possibilities of the participants. The studio is well equipped, the workout on the machines is really fun and very challenging! Personally, I have been a yogini for many years and I was looking for a more targeted "workout" that still pursues a mindful and holistic approach - THANK YOU dear Iris
