Worst customer service in Munich. I took my jacket in for repair. I was promised it would be repaired and returned in 4 weeks, 2 weeks after the jacket has been sitting in the shop only to get a phone call about the repair costs. I agreed and even though i thought after 2 week something would of started but no they just left my jacket hanging on a rack even though i insisted there was a time frame when i needed it. The lady in the shop even made her choice not to repair my jacket as the cost was too high. This was not her choice to make, as agreed i asked her too repair it within a 4 week time frame. The lady in the shop says one thing to you on the telephone and another 2 weeks later. be careful. don't bother go here go else where. This service i no longer trust.

Gentle cleaning costs money. But your things live just longer. In addition to cleaning, you can try on things from the Hirmer online store with click & reserve. For me as a big man world class.
