The last bad review is unfounded, since this customer was not in the shop in Waisenhausstrasse to deliver goods, furthermore there was no reason why another customer was dissatisfied or why they wanted to complain or complain. Very dissatisfied! I will never enter this cleaning again! Such an unfriendly person in this store who has never heard the word "customer friendliness". I only give a well-intentioned advice / tip to go to another cleaning facility!

Very unfriendly customer service, the tone with customers is very bad, the branch can never be reached by phone. Recently my jacket was damaged during cleaning, there was no excuse and the damage was denied. I won't have anything cleaned there anymore.

Just closed for illness several days. When you go on a business trip, you can see how to get your shirts. Not even an apology you could get carried away. Customer service? Is overrated .....
