Allianz representative unfortunately not to be recommended. Accident insurance was changed from originally not dynamic to dynamic after support from Mr. König. Even after repeated inquiries, Mr König was unable to remove the dynamic adjustment from 4 accident insurances within the scope of his possibilities. After changing the agency, the adjustment of the contracts worked immediately. Tip: Check contracts carefully when they are concluded.

It's unbelievable what kind of guy it is, it only cost one phone call and there was already an appointment, the next day he took almost 2.5 hours and everything goes through with you. Herr König really explains everything to you, he has answers to all questions. I didn't really want to switch to Allianz, but his experience and his very competent and above all erlicher demeanor convinced me immediately. BUT you know it too well, you sign and no one is responsible anymore, you are desperately looking for a contact person, you can't find anything, but not here, because I was damaged (less than 4 weeks after signing with Mr. König) had on the vehicle and didn't know what to do next. Fire department costs, towing costs, rental cars my God what the sh ... e everything costs and that on a Saturday late afternoon.
