Fantastic museum offering a deep dive into the tremendously rich Egyptian culture, heritage, art, literature and the lives of the Pharaohs, queens and their associates! The time period inside the museum spans almost 5000 years... The museum is very well maintained and it takes a good couple of hours if one goes through the stuff intermittently...might take longer easily! The Egyptian art, literature and the famous topics about papyrus and mummification are also well exhibited and explained. The ticket costs just €1 on Sundays and is free for everyone below the age of 18. Top place... highly recommended.

This museum is an excellent dive into the ancient Egyptian history and covers all the elements really well. Religion, rituals, tools, architecture and literature, everything is rounded up beautifully and is an informative experience all through. There are interactive displays in almost every room which make it simple and fun for even the kids to get to know about Egyptian civilization. 2 hours of your evening is enough to check out this place. Not crowded as well. Totally recommended. Also, the entry fee is just 1 euro on Sundays :)

Go on the sunday, you will pay only 2 euros instead of 7. Nice museum with free locker for your stuff.

Who wouldn’t love to visit the mysterious old Egypt museum? It just totally worth your time, especially if you are interested in history.

Be careful in this place, The gods of the Egyptian realms haunts this museum, but in a good way!!!!!
