Frau Hüfner has zero customer service skills. She was Very impolite. Weather is -3degrees outside and she could not let me in the shop to type the debit card pin code because the shop doesn’t have wireless payment swiping machine. She asked me to go and look for ATM and withdraw cash in -3degrees. When I tried to give feedback that wireless machine would help other patients if they very ill and she said she is not interesting in talking to me. So inhuman.. really pathetic of her to deal with person who is standing outside in -3degrees weather. 2020 January update - I called over phone to see if I can escalate the topic to owner of the Apotheke and guess what ! I now know why staff is so arrogant and rude, it comes from the owner. He told me that I m blocking other calls and that he will find the email and reply. I realized lack of social etiquettes runs too to bottom hierarchy in that shop. I would never go to this Apotheke for sure.

Have been customers for a long time and are always fully and competently advised. Medicines that are not in stock (which is very rare) can usually be procured on the same day. I am more than satisfied here.
