Very helpful, kind and friendly
I just visited asking for non- prescription medication. Unfortunately the owner was not there. Instead, the older female pharmacist was haughty, impatient, and dismissive. I left feeling that I would bear my illness and seek out another pharmacy - and give them my money, rather than dealing with such a condescending attitude. Horrible customer service today. One would imagine or rather hope, that if you are a health- service professional dealing with vulnerable people, especially in this particular period, that your approach would be empathetic and patient.
I love this chemist. They are so helpful. They went out of their way to find a specific Meds I needed. They call u when it arrived. Great service and a few feet from my place.

My husband and I always go to this Chemist. They are really helpful. They were always patient to understand what we needed with our limited German skills. Also, if they don't have a specific meds, they usually get it delivered within the same day.
