Actually, I've always been satisfied, BUT what I don't think is ok is that the pharmacy charges EUR 6 per piece for FFP2 masks and, in my opinion, is making excessive profit from the new regulation in Bavaria.

Very good pharmacy, most of the staff are friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, there is a lady working there that you shouldn't find. This also outweighs incompetence with unfriendliness and blames the customer because it is too fine to look properly into the system and order the right medication. Unfortunately therefore only 4 *. The rest are really good and have dealt with all my concerns.

I wanted to buy a vitamin B12 preparation with the explicit indication that there should be no animal components in it. A local lady recommended one that I also bought. I was not in a hurry to check whether this was really the case. Ultimately, I found at home that it contains 250mg of animal lactose (!), Which the pharmaceutical company has expressly confirmed to me via email. They also said that another vitamin B12 supplement from their ranks (which also happens to be cheaper) is free of animal components. I am aware that medicines and medicines can no longer be exchanged as soon as they leave the pharmacy. Back in the pharmacy, the man on site said in the original sound "that this little bit of lactose is not bad & there are always animal components in such tablets or coated tablets". A very disappointing experience, I really felt like I was being hugged - apart from the aspect of a possible danger (keyword: allergy sufferers, people with severe food intolerances). I will put my trust in another pharmacy in the future. * to the answer from the pharmacy: during the conversation back in the shop, I explicitly pointed out the topic & received the above answer from the employee on site. I was not offered an exchange with the indication that medicinal products cannot / cannot be exchanged after leaving the pharmacy.
