Urgently needed painkillers were ordered in the afternoon, the possibility of picking them up at 6 p.m. was announced. However, the drug was not delivered after all; The employee didn't care that I have to rely on the medication at night. She showed no interest in my situation Unfortunately, complete unreliability, leaves me as a customer overwhelmed and helpless

That no matter what you need is almost never here on site, so be it. I was looking for an item that pharmacies in town did not have in stock and that had to be ordered there. Then I said no, because I could order this in my pharmacy (this one here) and then no longer have to drive into town. When I got here I was told that you neither have the item in stock (surprise) nor can you order it. If all the other pharmacies could have ordered the product within an afternoon, I must assume here that you just don't feel like it. The saleswoman was also pretty bored .... Apparently pharmacies have no sales pressure or competition. Then you don't just support your pharmacy on the corner, but simply click online or buy from a competitor. Keep it up!!!
