Only because of the close proximity we have been to the Barbara pharmacy more than once in the past 3 years. But mostly we try to avoid it. The owner is usually moderately friendly to unfriendly and snotty, the temporary help is nice, but often at a loss for simple questions. My last other negative experience with the lady makes me finally write this recession. When asked by phone, she first explained the facts to me and then immediately responded in an incomprehensible manner extremely inappropriately when asked friendly. Maybe she should leave customer contact to someone else. In any case, we will now always make a detour and visit the very friendly and competent pharmacy one street further.

Mrs. Kandziora is a very nice and very experienced pharmacist. I have been going to the Barbara Pharmacy for years and have always been satisfied with the advice and pleasant atmosphere. Can just be recommended!

In itself I was always satisfied but after the last time I am very disappointed. You lend yourself something and pay 200euro deposit and when you give it back and actually should get his money back I had to run over a week after the money. This is more than annoying for a newly minted mom who needs every penny.
