Very friendly and helpful. Suggested just what I needed.

I had a very bad experience with an employee in the first lockdown when there were delivery delays due to the mega congestion at the borders. I had handed in a prescription the day before the border was closed and the medication had to be ordered. I urgently need this drug every day. After the medication had not yet been delivered after 24 hours (2 hours had originally been agreed), I called other pharmacies and asked if they had the medication there. In fact, I found one that had it in stock, and the pharmacist at the other pharmacy told me on the phone that I should simply ask the Herzog Apotheke for the prescription back. Said and done. The employee in the Herzog pharmacy approached me loudly in front of all the other customers and said that I would damage the pharmacy economically. A really uncomfortable situation. In my opinion, a pharmacy primarily has a supply mandate and if it cannot fulfill this, it should also be in the interests of the employees that customers can be supplied elsewhere. In the meantime, I also know that the drug could have been returned free of charge despite the order. I could have got it with the next recipe 3 months later, but unfortunately they were not interested in finding a solution in the interests of both parties. Overall, this encounter matched my previous assessment of this pharmacy (see below). I've been there a few times and no one has really ever been friendly. One feels more like a burden for the staff and would certainly not want to discuss any health problems with them. You can also order online, so at least you don't feel unwanted. Or of course visit one of the numerous alternatives nearby, where the staff also wants to work with people!
