I came to buy the train ointment for my inflamed earlobe. Pharmacist gave me instead of ointment similar ointment (Ilon classic, which is not quite the same!), WITHOUT GAR TO DECLARE that it is something else). This is not very good pharmaceutical advice, and if the pharmacist gives me what, what differs from my need, I expect a few words please!

Really bad advice and rip-off! The boss Mrs. Sipek points once a not at less expensive products, but sells me the really nice expensive stuff (unfortunately I have only found afterwards). Dosage for meds on the recipe she does not write on the pack, so I had to call again from home to find out how much I have to take. Pampig she was too. This is not the first experience with her, Mrs. Sipek also owns the Westend pharmacy in the Munich Westend. So pay attention and choose wisely, to which Apo you go!
