The best pharmacy in Maxvorstadt! If you have a pharmacy (yes, the reasons are usually not so good), then here! And the boss also has a heart for asthmatics and other mask-plagued people. Everyone is served here, even those who cannot wear a mask. Top service, top advice!

This pharmacy has been a trusted pharmacy for years. I am always professionally advised very well and in detail, if there are still questions, I will also research if necessary. Not every product that can be sold is recommended, but rather individually weighed whether a use / intake makes sense. Given the inflationary increase in drugs and their promotion, this is invaluable. The team is clear so that you are perceived personally as a customer, which in turn forms the basis of responsible advice. The service is excellent, everything is ordered quickly and you can be informed by phone if necessary. Purchases are saved with the customer card, there is no need to puzzle over medications that have been used a long time ago and there is a discount right away, not just as part of complicated bonus programs. All in all, a perfect place if you need a pharmacist who is well versed in the subject and at the same time has a human touch!

Nice service and uncomplicated help. I happened to pass the apothecary and asked about the free FFP2 masks for asthmaths. Unfortunately, these were no longer available at the pharmacy where I lived after the second day. Nevertheless, I was treated very courteously and after brief evidence of my illness, I received the masks. Top!!! Will be happy to go back next time if I need anything.

Extremely unfriendly staff, I recently bought a mask there: when I remarked that the mask would be a bit overpriced, I got the abrupt answer "then go somewhere else" - while she was saying that, she kept pushing the mask tape in the pack from left to right before she finally pulled it out, which I found very strange. When I tried to pull it up at the doctor's, it immediately tore at this point. I call something arbitrary. Such pharmacies have their license withdrawn
