Telephone annoyances at the wrong time, if one did not transfer the next day of the receipt of the invoice.
Fast and friendly help Mrs. Gerstl organizes immediately .. Unfortunately I had to cancel then, because I had to clean up the problem then on the weekend. Therefore only 4 ****.
After a defect in the heating, the boss arrived on time and found the possible cause quickly. He made a statement about the installation time and the parts price. After the appointment for the actual repair, the fitter arrived punctually at the agreed time and cleaned up his work.
So far, we were extremely satisfied and were happy about the found operation for future maintenance and repairs. Then came the bill ...
5 times the time for the champion & 4 times the time for the mechanic (based on an already generously rounded up actual duration), plus two travel packages and 25% more for the part. The clear time limit could therefore not be explained by the directions, because here were indeed scheduled lump sums. On a request for the bill, we did not even get an answer.
Conclusion:
Clean work, but also ripped off clean, here you do not get the neck full!
