I was very disappointed by the customer service of Bavaria Bäder-Technik GbR and can not recommend the company. After I give Mr. M **** the correct measurements, the item no. and sent a sketch of our make-up mirror (it was just a replacement glass), I finally got the wrong glass sent and then had - after my emails and calls were ignored - even pay for the return! In other words, I not only lost precious time, but also about 15 € for the round trip shipping, which were not refunded to me. Really a joke!
