You guys can forget!
This company is only looking for quick one-time profit and obviously does not need to provide efficiency and good service in terms of customer loyalty and can therefore certainly not be recommended with a clear conscience. Neither to tenants nor to landlords (both apply to me).
So you actually manage to charge over € 400 for the replacement of a washbasin, because: It's an insurance case (great attitude). Small marginal information about the material: It is the cheapest standard sink in a normal size.
Extra photos sent in advance so that you can prepare for the project and prepare the appropriate equipment and material. Nevertheless, and I assume that would have been definitely avoidable, the colleague had to go to the wholesale trade again due to the lack of extensions and was just 1 hour away. The toilet flush box, which refilled too slowly, should be repaired. Staff was about 30 minutes. here, but has charged an hour's work, also descaling solution for at least about 15 € (!) etc; the total bill should be 127 €, but the problem was not resolved. After a long discussion with the company, I was finally able to agree with the company that we "only" pay € 100; very dissatisfied with communication, billing and work done - a few days later, the toilet flush was suddenly leaking, water was running constantly, so that other plumbers had to come and exchange gasket.
