Highly unprofessional company. I called there because my cistern had leaked. After making an appointment, two men came the next day. They exchanged some parts and asked for a proud bill of almost € 300. The men literally urged me to pay the money directly in cash. However, since I am a student and do not have such an amount in the house, they finally persuaded me to send the money via direct transfer. After a long time they went back and forth. However, they called me constantly 2 days later and claimed that the money had not arrived. However, when I was able to prove that this is not the case, they stopped reporting at some point. In addition, my cistern doesn't work again less than a week later. The positive reviews are a mystery to me, I can only recommend not accepting any service from this company.

DO NOT CALL THEM! DO NOT TRUST THE PRICE ON YOUR WEBSITE! Pay attention to the fine print when using this company's services. Call them to fix two malfunctioning sinks that have been clogged by an ordinary clogged pipe. I agreed that they could come anytime, but they insisted on coming at 6pm that day (not my request). I asked them if everything they were offering was on their website and they confirmed it. They gave up on the clogging of the pipe (or at least they said so) in about half an hour (or at least they said so), and then when it came down to the payment they claimed the clogging was much less than expected, so that they had to go to a depth of 18 meters (I live on the first floor of an apartment building, I have no idea how they could go so deep ...). That wasn't okay, but then gave up. They went to write down the receipt and the price was double what I expected. I complained about this and they said the prices on the website were the old ones and it was my fault I didn't check with them when they started working on my sink (????). I had a long discussion with them, tried to call their company, but until I was ready to hire a lawyer there was nothing to be done. In the end, I paid 450 euros to share two sinks. At least that's what I thought. Less than a month later, I was back at the beginning. I called again thinking it was clear they had done a bad job. But they refused to come back, claiming the problem was in my apartment building. Conclusion: DO NOT CALL YOU!
