Request by email for Thermenwartung was answered quickly. Had 3 appointments to choose from. Maintenance was carried out professionally at the agreed fixed price. This was about 20% below comparable offers. Invoice with QR code for scanning easy to transfer. Fitter came 30 minutes later than agreed, a short call about the delay would have been great.
