I would personally not hire a company that would rather park sidewalks than use one of the many large free parking spaces within sight. A photo is attached.
Even if there were no free parking spaces in the area, parking with a tradesman's license and proof of work place would not be permitted here, as the free sidewalk width to be guaranteed is far below 1.5 m.
